Yes, all current apartments are located in central districts of Cologne with very good connections.
Are there different apartment sizes?
Yes, we offer apartments in different sizes – suitable for different numbers of people. Depending on the accommodation, there are compact units for two people or larger apartments with several sleeping options.
Are the apartments suitable for business travelers?
Yes, our apartments are ideal for business travelers. They have free Wi-Fi, a workplace or work area, a quiet atmosphere, a central location with good transport connections, self-check-in for flexible arrival and departure.

Check-in is contactless and independent. You will receive all the necessary information and access data by email before your arrival.

Yes, the access data will be made available to you digitally in good time before your arrival.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and can be arranged individually with us.

All apartments are very well connected to public transport. Subway and bus lines are in the immediate vicinity and take you quickly into the city center and to important destinations in Cologne.
Are there shops, cafés and restaurants nearby?
Yes, in the immediate vicinity you will find numerous restaurants, cafés, bakeries, supermarkets and other stores for your daily needs – many of which are within walking distance.
How far is it to the city center or Cologne Cathedral?
Depending on your location, you can reach the city center and Cologne Cathedral either on foot or in just a few minutes by public transport.
Is the environment quiet?
Despite the central location, the apartments are situated in such a way that they offer a pleasantly quiet atmosphere – ideal for relaxing after an eventful day in the city.
Parking & arrival
Are there parking facilities at the apartments?
Yes, there are different parking options available depending on the location.
At the Südstadt location, you can use a private parking space directly at the accommodation.
At the Zentrum / Neumarkt locations, you can conveniently park your vehicle in a nearby parking garage, for which our guests have access to discounted parking rates.
What is the best way to travel?
The apartments are easily accessible both by car and by public transport. The central location means you can get to your apartment quickly and easily.
Is there a transfer from the airport or train station?
We offer a pick-up and drop-off service on request, for example from the airport, main railway station or exhibition center. Please contact us in advance.
Families, pets & house rules
Are children welcome in the apartments?
Yes, children are welcome in all apartments. Some accommodations are particularly suitable for families and offer plenty of space.
Are there baby cribs or equipment for small children?
We are happy to provide a baby crib on request. Please let us know before your arrival.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. Please inform us before your booking or at the latest before your arrival if you would like to bring a pet.
Is there a night's sleep?
Yes, the legal night’s rest from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. applies to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.

No, parties, events or loud gatherings are not permitted in the apartments.
